The Groove Mentor Program is a collaboration between the Regional Industry Education Partnerships (RIEP) Program, Macquarie Anglican Grammar School (MAGS), The Exchange and the Office for Regional Youth.

The year-long program aims to connect Year 12 students with local industry representatives to strengthen the connection between industry and schools.

The Groove is designed to empower students as they begin to make plans for their transition from school to work and by connecting the students with local industry representatives we are able to provide them with industry validated career information that allows them to make more informed choices about their career and post school education.
